The thesis deals with the principles of creating a special theory of administrative and legal regulation of information security, analyzing the process of its analogy with physical laws, analyzing the threats and dangers to interests and the whole informational safety, affecting the simulation process, define the principles of constructing and researching the models of information security of social systems . Our theory takes into account the fact that the advanced modeling and forecasting of the chosen model, as well as the creation of an ideal (final) goal, has a positive and a negative side. Focusing on providing basic features, sometimes insignificant and secondary, from the point of view of tasks, one can skip those features that are objectively significant.

В проекте предложены два варианта масштаба концептуального модуля (четверть окружности) с габаритными размерами 4500х4500 мм и 6000х6000 мм. Жилой дом (вариант 1) – представлен в виде жилой ячейки с габаритами 6000х12000 мм, площадью застройки равной 40 м2, общей площадью 77,8 м2, не отвечающей площади задания на проектирования, но дающее представление о возможности самостоятельного функционирования даже такого небольшого объема. Жилой дом (вариант 2) – представлен с габаритами 18000 х 12000 мм, площадью застройки – 120 м2, общей площадью – 213 м2 при высоте дома 10,6 м. Жилой дом (вариант 3) – представлен с габаритами 31500 х 9000 мм, площадью застройки – 120 м2, общей площадью – 236,5 м2 при высоте дома 7,84 м. Для размещения всех вышеперечисленных вариантов подходит участок с минимальной площадью (согласно задания) - 0,1 ГА. Для участков с большей площадью, таких как 0,2 и 0,3 ГА, а так же с большей площадью застройки предлагается применить возможные варианты комбинаций.
