Psychological and legal bases of life prospects of the personality in judicial activity. Monograph (authors: S. Maksymenko, O. Nemesh, V. Lunov, H. Savchenko). The monograph presents the theoretical and methodological, genetic origins of the study aimed at solving the problem of life and prospects of the judiciary. For the first time, the positions of genetic psychology (genetic modeling method) are presented in detail. The study of the context of the life prospects of a judge using a genetic modeling method of research and design of personality is scientifically feasible, and in accordance with the theoretical and practical significance of the problem. The legal and psychological correlates of the life prospects of the judges were determined experimentally. The developed postoperative technologies of formation of life prospects of judges in modern conditions of professional activity are offered.
