Scireg.org is an international intellectual property registration service that enables authors to register their creative works and publications while securely recording the exact date and time of registration.
The service was created to provide authors, researchers, software developers, artists, musicians, photographers, designers, engineers, and other creators with a simple and reliable way to document the existence of their work at a specific point in time.
After registration, the author receives an electronic registration certificate containing information about the intellectual property object, its author, the exact date and time of registration, and a unique registration number.
What Can Be Registered

Reliable Registration Records
When a work is registered, the system records the exact date and time of submission, stores the registration information, and issues a registration certificate.
Upon request of a registered user, or in the event of a legal dispute or a court request concerning a registered work, an affidavit may be prepared and issued. A duplicate of the registration certificate with a digital signature may also be provided.
