The technique by Prof. Lyubchuk Olga, DPA, PhD Lunov Vitalii. Scientific bases of development of “Socially-psychological portrait of policeman” technique are shown. Criteria and indexes of socially-psychological portrait of modern policeman are indicated. The basic results of research of features of formed modern policeman socially-psychological image in conception of young student population are presented. This ”Socially-psychological portrait of policeman” methodology directed on the study of such features of policeman personality as: professional orientation personality; moral qualities; professional qualities; communicative qualities. It was found that: the unformed constituents of social-psychological portrait of modern policemen most often is manifested in such situations: abuse of power; aiming to personal enrichments; inadequate behavior, rudeness, boor; performing professional duties in drunken state.

The thesis deals with the principles of creating a special theory of administrative and legal regulation of information security, analyzing the process of its analogy with physical laws, analyzing the threats and dangers to interests and the whole informational safety, affecting the simulation process, define the principles of constructing and researching the models of information security of social systems . Our theory takes into account the fact that the advanced modeling and forecasting of the chosen model, as well as the creation of an ideal (final) goal, has a positive and a negative side. Focusing on providing basic features, sometimes insignificant and secondary, from the point of view of tasks, one can skip those features that are objectively significant.

Для красок проявляющихся при солнечном свете (Ультрофиолете) возможно применение способа, где одно изображение меняется на другое, при этом изображение видимыми красками, которые видны в тени также видны и на солнце, но они "теряются" т.к при солнечном свете уже виден другой рисунок. То, что сейчас существует, так это просто черно-белое изображение, т.е видимой краской изображен предмет и он приобретает цвет только при солнечном свете. предлагаемый мной способ отличен тем, что изображение нанесенное обычной краской остается так же видимой при солнечном свете, но с дополнениями, какое нанесено проявляющимися красками-появляется совсем другое изображение.
