  
			
			Copyright Office Makes Technical Amendment to Regulation Regarding Notices
		    of Termination
			Effective June 27, the Copyright Office is making a technical amendment
			  in the regulation regarding notices of termination of transfers and licenses
			  to clarify determination of the date on which notice was served. In instances
			  where first class mail is used, the date on which notice of termination
			  is served is the day on which the notice was mailed.  (Read  further
