        Report Available on Office Website
      The February 20, 2002, report of the Copyright Arbitration 
        Royalty Panel ("CARP") (see NewsNet 
        152) recommending rates and terms for the statutory license for webcasting 
        may now be found on the Copyright 
        Office website. All the appendices to the report are also now available 
        at the same location. Material that has been designated by parties to 
        the CARP proceeding as confidential has been removed from the 135-page 
        report and appendices.
