ACTION: Notice of termination of proceeding.

SUMMARY: The Copyright Office of the Library of Congress is announcing 

the termination of the proceeding to distribute the 1992-95 satellite 

carrier compulsory license royalties.



DATES: Effective May 21, 1999.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Copyright Office of the Library of 

Congress has received notification from the copyright arbitration 

royalty panel conducting the Phase I distribution of satellite 

compulsory license fees in Docket No. 97-1 CARP SD 92-95 that all 

parties to the proceeding have reached settlement. Because no 

controversies to the distribution of these royalty funds remain, the 

Copyright Office is terminating this proceeding. Distribution of 

royalties to settled parties is being made under separate order.
